Five

Where She Finds Herself Through Your Eyes

Mission

Five represents five characteristics of one woman in five different stages of growth.

The struggles a woman faces can be destructive or productive. Which road will she take? Which road will she turn on? Is there ever a dead end?

Breaking down the walls of her past and shattering the familiar will lead her down a road filled with pain, grief and ultimately self-discovery. There she will learn to look boldly into the mirror to face her own identity filled with imperfections, uncertainty and the truth that she has the power to overcome and rise above her own limitations. In acceptance she will find change, metamorphosis.

Though she is different she is not alone. Synergy is always in the darkness, even when she cannot see her own shadow. As she begins to shine her light she observes the lights that gather around her.

But what is the meaning of this discovery? The meaning is love. Now that she has come to love herself her focus drifts outward. There are others who struggle with their past and wish to break free of all that is familiar. Through the act of giving she comes to the realization that the purpose of life is simply to love.

Through the story of five young women we wish to show you that you are this woman and like her, the path you tread will be full of hardships but through this suffering we will find joy together.

It is truly amazing that the cast of Five despite its diversity in mentality, physicality and personality have found common ground and common cause.
